- Call 903-527-3744 and a sales associate will explain the sales process
- Vehicle listing are available on the patio to the right of the front door
- Vehicle doors are unlocked. Feel free to look around until ready to purchase a vehicle
- Documentation Preparation
- In order to start, we want to make sure you have all the necessary documentation. The following documents are necessary: valid Texas Driver’s License, proof of income, and proof of residency – ensure that you live with 60 miles of our dealership and have lived in Texas for the last year). Residency and income documents must be within the last 30 days… email documents to contact@cartownmotors.net.
- Once paperwork has been reviewed and approved, you may continue to the next step
- Signing Final Paperwork (upon being called on your phone, enter through front office door):
- The office will call your cell phone when it is your turn to sign final paperwork. Only the buyer and/or co-buyer will be allowed through the front door. If you don’t have a mask, one will be provided to you. The buyer and/or co-buyer will be required to wear a mask and use hand sanitizer prior to entering the office.
Logos Acceptance:
- Our office is open (via phone, mail, or door slot drop) – however, our doors are locked to in-person visits. You may still reach us by phone for questions or to make payments.
- Options to make your payment through Logos Acceptance include:
- Credit card payments may be called in over the phone through Logos Acceptance at (903) 527-9000
- Checks or Money Orders may be mailed (see instructions below)
- Checks or Money Orders may be dropped in the mail slot in our front door (envelopes provided in box to the right of the front door)
- Do not leave cash in door slot during non-business hours
